Der Deutsche Club (The German Club)
About
The purpose of this organization is to prepare members to be active participants in the German-speaking world. The German Club will provide a place to learn the German language and culture. The German Club will foster the cultivation of German language and culture through Kaffeestunde and culture events. The German Club will provide a forum for open dialogue and exchange of issues related to German culture and German-speaking world. The German Club will offer opportunities for members to speak German as often as possible in an informal setting. Through German cinema, games, cuisine, travel, speakers, conferences, literature and Kaffeestunde, the German Club will expand the knowledge attendees have of the German culture and language which will broaden their view of the modern Germanic countries.
