The Asian Student Association's mission is to foster and expand an Asian-American community on campus by creating an environment in which people can embrace cultural identity through raising awareness of AAPI issues and accepting cultural differences.
Our Mission:
To support and be the voice for the political, cultural, and social interests of students of Asian heritage at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
To transcend social borders and foster relations with other groups on campus through community interaction.
To raise awareness and provide an open space to learn about historical and contemporary issues facing people of Asian heritage.
To strive to make the University of North Carolina Wilmington a campus where diversity shall prosper.
